Axel Klopprogge
aged 46, is founder and Managing Director of RTV China. Mr. Klopprogge is an expert in the area of marketing and an internationally acclaimed media-producer who worked together with SONY, CBS, Time Warner and EMI. He has long years of business experience in China and was awarded with the innovation award of Radio Beijing twice (in 1996 and 1998).

   
Wu Hao
aged 33, is co-founder of RTV China. As an Executive Director of Airspace, Mr. Wu is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationships to the media executives in China. Mr. Wu, who completed studies of political sciences at Cologne, University, Germany and is fluent in German, is a member of a distinguished, traditional trading family in China. The Wu family has established trade relationships with Germany over 100 years ago and has a significant social network with direct connections to high official positions in China.
   

Till Schulz-Eickhorst
aged 30, is Senior Vice President and CFO of RTV China. Mr. Schulz-Eickhorst joined RTV China in January 2000 but has had prior business relations with RTV China, in particular regarding the fund raising in September 1999. Mr. Schulz-Eickhorst is well experienced in corporate finance issues and has gained significant experience in the Chinese financial markets. He has graduated from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel with distinction.

   
Dr Winfried Veeh
Ph.D., aged 39, joined RTV China in January 2001 and is the General Manager of RTV's Joint Venture Airspace. Dr. Veeh is highly experienced in the advertising agency business and has a long and most successful track record with major German media companies. His extensive experiences in the media business are the result of his work for the Handelsblatt publishing house between 1991 and 1998.
   

Bettina Born
aged 37, is Senior Vice President of RTV China. Ms. Bettina Born joined RTV China in 1999 and is primarily responsible for RTV China's radio shows. Ms. Bettina Born has graduated in both Chinese and Japanese language (certified translator) and holds a Master degree in International Business Administration. Ms. Born is very well experienced in organizational and intercultural management and has worked for a Sino-American joint venture before.

   

Thorsten Kritzler
is CTO of RTV Broadband. Mr. Kritzler has over 15 years of progressive experience and accomplishments within international new media/internet, hi-tech, e-business development. Prior to joining RTV Broadband's iTV activites, Mr. Kritzler successfully designed and deployed VoD Systems throughout Europe for media[netCom] AG and as Head of Quality Assurance he was responsible for the release of iTV Server Systems together with embedded digital set-top-boxes.

Xu Ji Liang
is the new designated General Manager of Shanghai CAV Online. Mr. Xu was Head of the Network Information Centre of Shanghai Television Station and co-responsible for the construction of the broadband infrastructure in the greater region of Shanghai. Mr. Xu is one of China's leading TV specialists who has an outstanding reputation among China's network operators.
